There are too many blog online nowadays. Many people want to share their information and have communication through the blog. It is kind of new culture in the world. However problems are also happening related to this trend. The one of the problem is power bloggers. Some portal sites select power bloggers by standards. But they use it badly. They write wrong information about product and get money from the company. Visitors easiliy can believe that and could be damaged.
In my opinion, Power bloggers should be purnished case by case. On the one hand, power blogging is really useful. For example, cosmetic products are quite expensive to buy so many women want to get reviews and information. Power bloggers can be sloved these difficulties. If they write true information, it is really good for visitors. I think that it is responsible for visitors whether that information is true or not. On the other hand, power bloggers who write wrong information to get much more money shold be purnished by the government. Also, some people say that portal sites need to get purnishment as well. I think that there are too many blogs so that they can not control all blogs. The govenment need to monitor all blogs and strenthen regulations about bloggers. Otherwise more people could get damage and there would be more illegal deal between power bloggers and companies. In addition, visitors have to consider seriously whether information is right or not before buy product.

Minimum wages
This topic often causes controversy every year. The reason for this is that minimum wage system is tricky since many people are related. It is really hard to arrange the standards wage being satisfied both sides of the government and workers. Even though the government have put a statutory wage, many business owners ignore and give lower wage to workers. In my case, I have a experience of getting an exorbitant price from the owner when it was 4 years ago. At that time, I knew that I was getting lower wage and it is illegal. But it was really tiresome to declare Ministry of Labor so many people just work getting lower wage. I think that the government need to monitor whether workers receive more than minimum wage or not.
Also, there are many cases which the poor are getting lower wage like guard, cleaner and so on. The 90% of full wage system could be fine. Those people have a difficulty of getting a job opportunity so more people can get a job by using that system.
When we think about minimum wages in the world, Korea has lower standard. I have worked part-time job in New Zealand and I got 9 dollars per hour. It is almost twice as more money as wage in Korea.

Physical punishment & Gangs in Korea
I think that most adults have an experience of getting physical punishment in their life. In my opinion, It could be happened at school and it is necessary for students sometimes. Because student do not have ability enough to control their mind and to judge the situation. That' why they go to school to learn many kinds of ability under teacher specialized. I don't think teacher is always right. But, it was fair to have physical punishment based on my experience. That is to say, It is just not a good idea of prohibition of physical punishment.
There are many cases related to physical punishment. I guess both sides can have responsibility of getting penalty case by case. It is up to the situation. I think that it is really difficult to judge who has a fault. The government need to arrange the regulations which make people be careful about physical punishment.
In addition, the government have to give teachers more power so that student can follow to the right way.
Probably, there are many kinds of gansters in Korea. Many people actually do not know about them. Let's think three of gangsters, political, business and street gangsters. Political gangster can be the most powerful among them. They have each party and support them. I have bad image against business gangster because their goal is only money. Also, most business gangsters have the company which are operated by Japan so that money flow to Japan. It is not helpful for Korea economy. Lastly, street gangsters is the most dangerous I think. They are more closed with us. People are exposured to have bad situation. The government need to control their activity and give strong penalty for gansters who commit crimes.

CCTV laws in Korea
I think that CCTV laws have both pros and cons. First of all, CCTV can be useful in various ways. There are some benefits by using CCTV as well. As we talked about it, It can be used the most monitoring something. If we need to keep something securely, it might be a great expense and hard to find someone. But we can easily set up the CCTV to manage facilities and stuff securely without heavy charges. Also, It is used for preventing crimes and chasing criminal. Nowadays, many crimes are often happened at night. Criminal can not commit a crime because of CCTV and although it has already happened, we could find easily according to CCTV records.
On the other hand, there are some disadvantages of CCTV. There are many CCTV everywhere so that it can be misused. I am afraid that our private life can be exposured because we nomally do not consider it carefully. So, Some people use it to earn money by selling records. Another example is about social issues. If there is something that does not have to be revealed in the society, record from the CCTV greatly impact the society.
That's why the government need to tighten the regulations about the setting up the CCTV. In addition, They need to control the deal between sellers and consumers. In my opinion, it would be no problem, if we dispose of used CCTV securely.

Dokdo & property prices in seoul
1. The island chain, Dokdo is claimed by both South of Korea and Japan since long time ago. I think the best way is that no response to Japan's activities. Because we have formally had many evidences of supporting our opinion. Above all, when we think about distance which is closer to our country than to Japan. I heard that when it is a sunny day, we can see Dokdo in Wolleungdo which is the island in Korea. On the other hand, people can not see it in Japan.
Why Japan want to have Dokdo? I think that Japan just need to get natural resources like methane hydrate. It exists on the bottom of Dokdo and is tremendous resource. That's why Japan try to have Dokdo area. But the government do not need to take action against Japan. We can prove Dokdo is our territory for that reasons.
2. The second topic was the problem to solve in Seoul for a long time. I agree that polarization of wealth has become more serious. Actually it is natural situation which rich people move to better educational infrastructure in expensive area and lower classes move to cheaper area to live. Therefore, the government have to contral of property prices.
It was good to know that land price is going down in Seoul. The lower classes can get a house at a moderate cost. In addition, one way to resolve the polarization is that distribution in the area. For example, Youngdeungpo -go is administrative area, Gangnam-gu is commercial area and the other areas are residental area. I think the other areas need to be assigned to gather more people each area. I hope that these solution would good effect to decrease in polarization.

Design Seoul
Design Seoul is a big project that consider civil life and environment. It has a vision that Seoul become an international city by making ecological poils and cultural city and cutting edge of city. But I think that it has both merits and demerits.
Gangnam is the best example for that opinion. Above all, when I went to Gangnam station one month ago, I was really surprised at chainging surroundings. There were many snack bars along the street so that always looks dirty and messy. In addition, there are many building having lots of different signs. It makes people confused to realize the name of store. But now, There are no snack bar and tidy road and mediopole. Also, each building has regular specific signs. It really looks good and easy to find which store is. I realized that it is one of Design Seoul project. Gangnam is the one of popular city in Korea. After changing to new concept of city, I think that it is good for attracting more people.
On the other hand, there are some demerits of Design Seoul. When we think about Gangnam station again, that place have suffered from flood many time. Especially, there were more damaged by heavy rain compare with other place. Many people say that it happened because of Desing Seoul project. Actually, it is true. Desing Seoul considered only visual things so that the city lose self-control in front of natural disaster.
Of course, we would like a developed visual surroundings and place, but the government have to think that it is sincerely helpful to all people not only rich people.
